Dr. Jacob was born and raised right here in Louisville. He is dedicated to serving the community where he grew up. He attended St. Xavier High School and continued his education at the University of Louisville where he earned his Bachelors and Dental degrees. While attending dental school Dr. Jacob received the Louisville Dental Society’s Professionalism in Dentistry Award and the Dr. Charles David “Buddy” Carter Memorial Scholarship for his leadership and service to the community of Kentucky.

Dr. Jacob Currently works full-time at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry as a Clinical and Pre-Clinical Instructor, but Floss 32 has been lucky enough to have Dr Jacob come on board twice a month at our Prospect location. When not treating patients, Dr. Jacob enjoys attending Louisville sporting events, playing softball, and spending time with his wife and three children.
